2. What are the hours of operation?
This website is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
Password assistance is available from 7:00 am - 8 pm CST, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm on Saturdays at iws.administrators@bankofamerica.com. Closed on Sundays. Excluding Bank holidays.

3. How can I obtain a user name and password to view my reports?
Please submit your request to your current Investor Accounting analyst.

4. How much historical data is available for each deal I’ve purchased?
The previous 13 months of reported data are stored for access on IWS.

5. Why is the secured/non-secured window popping up each time I change from one page to another?
Please follow below steps for IE9.0
     1. Open Internet Explorer, click Tools, click Internet Options
     2. Click the Security tab
     3. Select "Internet", click "Custom Level"
     4. Under the "Miscellaneous" section, select "Enable" for the "Display Mixed Content" option
     5. Click OK, click Yes, then click OK to quit the Internet Options
     6. Close the browser and open a new browser to take the changes into effect.
